50/55' Towable Boom Lift

Features:
Our JLG T500X towable boom lift features a 55' working height and 50' platform height. With a 32' reach you'll find the extended reach and height of this lift to be an excellent choice when you need to get both up and out when looking for a solution to your high reach needs. The bucket can go right up to a 55' working height or the articulated boom lets you reach out to get to those hard to reach spots. The upper boom extends hydraulically to increase this horizontal reach to up to 32'. The self-leveling hydraulic outriggers allow you to use this lift on non-level terrain and are automatically leveled by a push button control.

The 360 degree swivel turret and twin articulated boom design lets you trade off height for reach and the 4' jib extension lets you fine tune the bucket position. The bucket is rated at 500 lbs capacity and is a two man bucket. OSHA and ANSI requirements state that safety harnesses are required for operation in this unit. Harnesses are available for rent if needed or you may supply your own.

The battery powered mechanism provides you with clean, quiet operation and the ability to run it either inside or outside without any fuel considerations or emissions to worry about. It is equipped with an on board charger for recharging after a day's use.

If you need additional operating time and do not have a source of 120 volt power avalable, we do offer an optional Honda 2200 Watt Inverter Generator that mounts into a cradle on the lift to provide a source of continuous power you can can keep the batteries charged and operate the lift for longer periods of time or in cold weather, which always causes battery capacity to drop substantially. An operating weight of 4,800 lbs means that this unit can easily be towed behind a full size pickup or SUV with a frame mounted hitch and 2" trailer ball. No mid-sized trucks or SUVs are allowed. Customer's vehicle must have operating stop and tail lights. The lift has hydraulic surge brakes so your vehicle does not require a trailer brake controller.

Note that this lift does need to be disconnected from the truck in order to operate the outriggers and raise the lift. You will need to hook up to the truck again if you need to move the lift.
