Our valve lifter removal tool is used to remove those sticky tappets, or valve lifters, that you just can't grab hold of any other way. It slim design can reach down through pushrod openings in the cylinder head and the internally expanding jaws will grab the inside crown of the valve lifter rather than try to grab the outside surface of the lifter. The T handle head can be used as a slide hammer to safely apply extra force. Even sticky varnish coated lifters can be removed with this tool.
