Our valve spring compressors come in two versions. The clamp style compressor shown at the top-right is used to remove
valves by compressing the springs after the heads have been removed from the engine. If the heads are still mounted on the
engine this style won't work. In that case we have another kit the includes a compressor tool, shown at top left, as well as an
air hose adaptor that screws into your spark plug threads where you can connect to an air compressor to pressurize the cylinder
and keep the valve from falling down into the bore while the spring is removed. Either style rents for the same rate.
