Our seaming iron is used in conjunction with carpet seaming tape to create strong, tight-fitting joints when seaming two pieces of carpet together. The heat seaming tape lies on the floor underneath the carpeting. The seaming iron is placed on the tape and the carpeting is dropped down onto the hot glue once it's ready.
