Features:
The 4" Rotary Hammer is used for drilling holes in concrete or masonry. The piston action of the tool combined with the rotary action makes for quick drilling in hard aggregates. This unit uses industry standard 12-spline percussion carbide bits. Bit sizes run from 1/2" diameter up through 1-1/2" diameter and are available in long lengths capable of drilling up to 16" deep. These fluted carbide bits are included in the rental rate. If you need to go large than 1-1/2" in diameter, we have carbide tipped core bits which are available at additional charge. These bits are available in 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", or 5" diameters. All carbide bits for rotary hammers are designed to be used dry, without water. This powerful unit is portable and can be used almost anywhere without the setup work of a larger rig. If you do need to drill larger holes, our Diamond Drill Rig is another option.
