Features:
Our Propane tanks are for use with our propane heaters and torches. They
are available in 30, 60, or 100 lb. capacities. Your tank needs
should be determined by a combination of BTUs used, how long you'll need
to run it, and what kind of vehicle you have to transport them with.
Thirty-pound tanks can work for short jobs and are popular with
homeowners working in garages. If you have longer run times or load
demands, you'll want something larger. Extra tanks can be rented with
our heaters and when one runs out of fuel you can switch to another.
That unit can then be exchanged for a full tank while the heater
continues to run. For very large jobs where the heater needs to run
unattended over a period of time, you may want to pigtail multiple tanks
together. This way the fuel in all of the tanks can be burned
concurrently, allowing a greater period of runtime over a single tank.
Of course, once they are empty, the entire array is empty, so you may
not have extra tanks to run your heater while you are exchanging for
fresh tanks. Contact us with your job requirements and we'll be happy to
figure out which way will best meet your needs.
